My Story
BrickMode wasn’t built overnight, it was built brick by brick.
My journey started as a Division 1 football player at LSU, where discipline, consistency, and hard work weren’t optional, they were the standard. Being in that environment taught me what it really takes to push past limits and perform at a high level.
But I realized something… not everyone has access to that kind of structure, guidance, and mindset.
That’s why I created BrickMode.
I wanted to build more than just workouts. I wanted to create a system that helps people train their mind just as much as their body. Because real results don’t just come from the gym… they come from discipline, habits, and consistency.
Now, my mission is simple:
